So 7, that’s right, seven players out on the course this am to tackle West Park in South Shields. It’s been a while since I last made it out being made of glass and paper, I’ve been broken! First up, thanks to the ground team at STMBC, it looks so much better now you’ve tackled some of the issues with the over grown hedges and the like.

Looked down hole 3, the basket is in the distance, to the right of this open corridor, it was great to be able to see all the way down, and over to both the left and the right!

Hopefully this will be maintained as we move into the spring and finally to the great British summer!

Here you see Kurt going from the tee.

At the far end was the basket! and if the formatting has worked well you should be seeing a photo of that now. You will note a number of disc, not quite in the basket but near enough….

A par frame, so all 7 players, yes that’s right, all 7 players scored the par 3 on this hole. I won worst teeshot, clearing the hedge to the left, but in fairness it’s my usual line.

Rick Rick tried his best to spoil the par frame with the birdie, but, err it didnt quite work for him. So the par frame won out!

And if you are interested here is the final scores of the day… Eva and I were there for the first 9, Kurt left after 14, due to the weather, and the rest carried on!
